Front Office Manager

General Description:

First point of contact to convey our culture to office visitors.  Will have the opportunity to grow, learn and be a central part of transforming an industry.  The position will offer wide ranging responsibilities and the opportunity to build skills that will support an exciting career path.  Primary responsibilities include ensuring a Distinguished experience for all visitors.  This may mean managing executive travel, handling inquiries and showcasing your problem-solving skills. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receiving visitors and managing logistics
  • Responding to inquiries and directing as appropriate
  • Manage relationship with the office park, local hotels and transportation service
  • Program management for retention programs (birthday, anniversary, etc.).
  • Event and meeting planning
  • Cross-functional projects as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Curiosity, desire to learn, confidence to broadly contribute
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Bachelors Degree Required
