You will be a Compensation & Benefits Analyst on the Human Resources Team. This role will lead the design and execution of competitive, equitable and compliant total rewards program in partnership with the CHRO and external vendors. Partners closely with business leaders to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation Management

  • Design and manage base salary, incentive, and bonus programs aligned with business strategy
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary survey to ensure external competitiveness
  • Design and manage salary/role structure in HR Systems (job titles, job family, etc.)
  • Lead annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, promotions, equity)
  • Partner with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and leadership on job leveling, pay decisions and offer strategy
  • Ensure internal equity and pay transparency practices
  • UK Benefits/Payroll expenses management
  • Advance Comp management, Sales Comp Agreement process, Securities Agreement LTIP process, Annual 401k Compliance process

Benefits Management

  • Oversee health, welfare, retirement and wellness programs
  • Manage Vendor Relationships (brokers, carriers, PEO)
  • Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings based on need market and cost management. Lead annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process
  • Develop and track compensation and benefits metrics (cost, utilization, competitiveness)
  • Provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership. Support workforce planning and budgeting related to TWs and new team/acquisitions
  • Maintain accurate documentation policies and audit readiness

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Experience: minimum 8 years of compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or total rewards
  • Experience with salary surveys and market pricing.
  • Experience administering employee benefits programs.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services and the ability to operate independently across both compensation and benefits functions.
  • Strong experience with Excel and Workday, including advanced comp modules.

LOCATION
  • This role is remote/hybrid based in the United States. (Tristate area preferred 2-3 days per week in NY Office)

COMPENSATION & PERKS
  • $125,000- $145,000 base salary + yearly bonus. Salary commensurate with knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
  • Summer Fridays (Leave at 2:00PM all Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day).
